The Department of Building Construction graduates go on to rewarding careers. Industry partners and alumni continually support the department through advisory boards and active participation in our career fairs. Our graduates experience a high placement rate due to this support. BC students are academically ready for their new profession and most have participated in several internships by their graduation date.
The Building construction department boasts 100% job placement with the average starting salary of $65,000. many of our students have three or more job offers upon graduation.

Our students obtain internships with general contractors, specialty contractors, engineering firms, design-build firms, and other construction related businesses. The positions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Project Executive
- Field Operations Manager
Students typically start out as an assistant to these roles and eventually work into the full role with experience.
