Dong Zhao (VT '14 grad and 2015 postdoctoral fellow) and Andrew McCoy, along with Chief Economist Jonathan Smoke of Realtor.org, received the Best Paper of 2015 Award from the Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI) for their work titled "Resilient Built Environment: New Framework for Assessing the Residential Construction Market" in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Journal of Architectural Engineering.
